Extra Dry White Sparkling Wine
Winemaking:
The harvest is done manually. The grapes , stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. Following is the separation of the hard parts and filtering of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.
Tasting Notes:
This unique sparkling wine has pale yellow color with green tinges, intense and fine, the nose shows fruity (lemon, white fruits) and brioche aromas, as well as creamy effervescence in the mouth, showing off round body, pleasant tatse. A lot of freshness and elegance for this balanced wine with some nice mineral character.

To be served as an aperitif, fish dishes, white and yellow cheeses.
