Merlot

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank. The malolactic fermentation takes place in tank.

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red colored wine with aromas of forest fruit and ripe cherries. Smooth softness, good structure and body. Soft full flavour with long aftertaste.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank.The malolactic fermentation takes place in tank under the finest lees.

Tasting Notes:

Dark ruby color. Soft tannins complement the ripe fruit flavors and deliver a fine fruit driven wine which is rich, soft and simply delicious.

Pinot Noir

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. A brief cold pre-fermentation maceration is performed. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation a malolactic fermentation is conducted.

Tasting Notes:

Soft purple color with vibrant, jammy aromas of plums and red cherries and a soft, lingering finish. Ripe fruit flavors complemented by just a hint of sweet, toasty smoke notes.

Chardonnay

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a low temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless barrels at controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:

Golden-colored white wine with a lovely peachy vanilla and coconut aroma. The wine has a rich creamy toasted finish on the palate whilst being silky smooth and easy to drink.

Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a low temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless barrels at low temperature.

Tasting Notes:

Straw-yellow color with Fruity, herbaceous and peaches aromas and flavors. Good acidity and long aftertaste.

Rose

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. Drain the juice immediately cooled. Should separate the solid parts of the grape must clarification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters and insulated reinforced concrete tanks at controlled low temperature.

Tasting Notes:

Stylish and elegant wine, vibrant on the palate with fresh fruit aromas of pears and citrus.Flexible and juicy with natural fruity sweetness and a long-lasting finish.
