Royal Red Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot & Marcelan(red)
Winemaking:
The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, de- stemmed and separated from the clusters. This isfollowed by pre- fermentative cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. The lactic acid fermentation takes place in French and Hungarian barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Deep purple color with gloss paired with hints of black fruit, pepper, cedar and tobacco. Full-bodied, greatly balancedand soft, with a feeling of ripe fruit, caramel and dark chocolate. The tannins are well- balanced and the final is longand smooth.
Royal White Blend: Chardonnay & Traminer & Viognier (white)
Winemaking:
The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a lowtemperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless fermenters. Part of the wine ages in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Color is saturated, bright yellow with gentle greenish glimmers. Aroma is complex and intense, dominated by fruity notes of peaches and nectarines, combined with nice oak accents, mostly smoke and piquant spices, which in the taste aroma are supplemented with vanilla, cream and crust of bread. Taste is with good thickness, soft freshness and a long fragrant finish.
