Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, de-stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre-fermentative cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. The lactic acid fermentation takes place in French and Hungarian barrels.

Tasting Notes:

This wine presents a rich, deep red hue with subtle violet undertones. On the nose, it offers a burst of spices, smoky accents, ripe berries, and well-integrated wood aromas. The palate is bold and full-bodied, with a silky texture and flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and ripe blueberries. The wine finishes with a long, refined aftertaste, leaving a lasting impression of elegance.

Wine food pairings:

It pairs beautifully with game meats, aged cheeses, or roasted red meats. The ideal serving temperature is between 18°C and 20°C.
