Imperial Red Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot & Cabernet Franc (red)

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, de- stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre-fermentative cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. The lactic acid fermentation takes place in French and Hungarian barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Complex aroma of dried red fruits. Extremely smooth structure, full-bodied, fruity, good balance of acid andsweetness, soft tannins, ripe cherries, hints of caramel, cocoa and a hints of vanilla.

Imperial White Blend: Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc (white)

Winemaking:

The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at alow temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless fermenters. Part of the wine ages in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Intense yellow – green color. Elegant aroma, entangling within itself ripe yellow fruits, butter, herbs, toast and noblewood. Rich, succulent and harmonious taste, velvety softness and unforgettable palate. The wine ends with pleasant freshness and amazing aftertaste. Combines very well with roasted white meats, pasta with seafood or aged cheeses.
