Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking:
The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. The lactic acidfermentation takes place in French and US barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Dense cherry red color with a slight development. This Cabernet Sauvignon is packed with flavours of ripe plum and raspberry.
Chardonnay
Winemaking:
The harvest is done manually. Grapes are sorted and separated from the stalks. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel fermenters. Lactic fermentation in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Golden yellow color. The aroma is intense, characteristic of the variety with flower nuances, peachy notes andhints of vanilla. The taste is balanced, sufficiently dense and pleasant.
