This FRIZZANTE series encompasses quality fruit wines with natural fruit juice, that are also slightly sparkling and a true delight for everyone! Refreshing, crisp and ultimately pleasant! Varieties encompass:
Serving temperature + 5⁰C ÷ + 7⁰C, suitable as an aperitif or with dessert.
The sweet fruit wines in this series are with 10% alc. volume.
Strawberry
Winemaking:
The harvest is done manually. The grapes , stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. Following is the separation of the hard parts and filtering of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. Once the wine is ready a natural strawberry juice and aromas are added.
Tasting Notes:
With a pleasant strawberry aroma and fancy, fizzy taste with notes of ripe strawberries. Elegant, fruity and sweet with dancy light bubbles. Gives a sweet and lasting aftertaste.
Peach
Winemaking:
