Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot (red)

Winemaking:

Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed bypre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of red cherries, forest fruit, tobacco and leather. Flavors of ripe cherry and dark forest fruit. Balanced acidity and polished tannins on the finish.

Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay (white)

Winemaking:

Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes:

Exotic fruit aromas and flavors with a creamy and rich palate. Notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Appealing and lingeringfinish.
