Cabernet Franc & Merlot (red)

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes, stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French and Hungarian barrels.

Tasting characteristics: The wine has a saturated purple color with ruby red gleams. It has a full-bodied flavor of ripe forest fruits, tobacco and smoke notes. Also it has balanced full-bodied taste of black fruits, pepper and oak. The wine leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.

 

 

 

Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay (white)

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in rust proof fermenters.

Tasting characteristics: The wine has a golden colour with beautiful nuance. It has a sophisticated, complex and fine flavour, with notes of white flowers and honey. The body is harmonious, mild and balanced with apple and melon flavour.
