Merlot

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. Grapes are sorted and separated from the clusters. After crushing cold maceration take place. The alcoholic fermentation happen in stainless steel fermenters. Malolactic fermentation is conducted in French and American barrels.

Tasting Notes: Intense, well preserved, deep purple color. Powerful multi-layered flavor with a bunch of nice woven shades of ripe plum, berries, vanilla discrete, unique to the area. The taste is thick, voluminous, warm.

 

 

 

 

Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. Grapes are sorted and separated from the clusters. After crushing cold maceration take place. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. Malolactic fermentation in French and American barrels.

Tasting Notes: Deep garnet color. Intense flavor with shaped bouquet and hints of fruitiness preserved bilberry unique to the area. The taste is soft, harmonious, well structured and balanced.
