Mavrud & Merlot & Syrah (red)

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by cold maceration (3-5 days). The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. The lactic acid fermentation takes place in French and US barrels.

Tasting Notes: Dark red colour with violet shaded. Pleasant strong fruit flavour, chocolate well supported by oak . Soft full flavour long aftertaste.

 

 

 

 

Dimiat & Riesling & Aligote & Varnenski Misket (white)

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: Fresh yellow-green colour. With a strong oriental flavour of fruits and subtle oak nuances. Taste shapely, full, pleasantly fresh. Aftertaste flavour leaves a long memory.

 

 

 

Mavrud & Syrah (rose)

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. Drain the juice immediately cooled. Should separate the solid parts of the grape must clarification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters and insulated reinforced concrete tanks at controlled low temperature.

Tasting Notes:Modern pink colour. Strong pronounced fruity aroma with a variety Syrah. Soft domination, full flavour flavourful fresh aftertaste.
