Merlot
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank.The malolactic fermentation takes place in tank .
Tasting Notes: Sparkling ruby colour, softened and rounded. Typical and clean flavours of fruit, caramel and smoke, forming a complex bouquet in impressive harmony with a dense and full taste and a lasting finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank. The malolactic fermentation takes place in tank under the finest lees.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful ruby colour. Delicate aroma with a hint of oak. Medium bodied with rich fruity intensity and density. Long, soft and elegant aftertaste.
Pinot Noir
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. A brief cold pre-fermentation maceration is performed. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation a malolactic fermentation is conducted.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful colour with soft hues. Excellent well-balanced aroma with hints of small black fruits. The palate is with medium structure, soft tannins, excellent balance and a soft finish.
Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a low temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless barrels at low temperature.

Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: Crisp golden colour, light green shades. With an unforgettable aroma and taste of peach combined with pineapple and melon. The palate is well-shaped with remarkable thoroughness and duration. The aroma of citrus fruits remains permanently in the aftertaste.
Rose
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. Drain the juice immediately cooled. Should separate the solid parts of the grape must clarification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters and insulated reinforced concrete tanks at controlled low temperature.
