Red semidry/semisweet/sweet wine

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: Dark red color in the flavor of ripe grapes and characteristic aroma and sweet nuances.

 

 

White semidry/semisweet/sweet wine

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: With a pale straw color. Well-balanced flavor with light grassy characteristics.

 

 

Rose semidry/semisweet/sweet wine

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are  stemmed and separated from the clusters. Drain the juice immediately cooled. Should separate the solid parts of the grape must clarification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters and insulated reinforced concrete tanks at controlled low temperature.

Tasting Notes: Lovely shade of pink color with a fruity taste and aftertaste, fresh scent.
