Merlot
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank.The malolactic fermentation takes place in tank .
Tasting Notes: It is a soft and flavoursome wine with ripe fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and plums integrated with subtle oak.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are sorted out, stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by prefermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank.The malolactic fermentation takes place in tank under the finest lees.
Tasting Notes: Deep Ruby Red in color with garnet reflections. The nose is reminiscent of green Bell peppers, plum and wild berries. medium-bodied and soft on the palate. A fruity cabernet with balance and grace. Just Like a ballerina.
Pinot Noir
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. A brief cold pre-fermentation maceration is performed. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation a malolactic fermentation is conducted.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red color. Intense aroma of ripe fruit with prevailing cherry and sour cherry. Distinctive fruity taste.
Chardonnay
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a low temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless barrels at controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes: Fresh golden color. Delicate aroma with hints of tropical fruit and peach. The taste is balanced, fresh, rich with a soft finish and long aftertaste.
Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a low temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless barrels at low temperature.
Tasting Notes: Fresh yellow green color. With unforgettable aroma of freshly cut grass mixed with nettle and elder flower. Pleasant taste, crisp with good structure and unobtrusive finish. Aftertaste of fresh flavors.
