Muscat

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: White-gold color with yellow reflections. Aromas of white flowers, lilac and nutmeg paired with minerality. Fresh acidity and long pleasant aftertaste.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of dark berries, vanilla and dark chocolate. Rich flavors of ripe berries, with hints of mocha. The tannins are firm in structure and in balance with the lingering fruity finish.

 

Chardonnay

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: Pineapple, mango and papaya with a creamy, lush, rich palate. Notes of cinnamon, candied lime and vanilla crème brûlée. Appealing and lingering finish.

Merlot

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of developed plum, vanilla and leather. Flavors of ripe cherry and dark forest fruit. Balanced acidity and polished tannins on the finish.

Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of lime and passion fruit layered with notes of lemongrass and subtle minerality. Long and pleasant aftertaste.

 

Gamza

Tasting Notes: Aromas of black cherry, blackberries, roast pumpkin, elderberries and cinnamon. Flavor of exotic spices, blackberries and dark cherries. Long and fruity aftertaste.
