Cabernet Sauvignon
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters. The lactic acid fermentation takes place in French and US barrels.
Tasting Notes: Dense cherry red colour with a slight development. In the aroma you can detect hints of black currant and red berries. The palate is rich and at the same time soft and harmonious with a good finish and a long aftertaste.
Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a low temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless fermenters.
Tasting Notes: Fresh yellow-green colour. With an unforgettable aroma of freshly cut grass mixed with nettle and elderflower. The palate is pleasant and fresh with a good structure and an unobtrusive finish. Aftertaste of fresh aromas.
Merlot
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. Grapes are sorted, separated and dip the stalks. After crushing cold maceration take place. The alcoholic fermentation happen in stainless steel fermenters. Malolactic fermentation is conducted in French and American barrels.
Tasting Notes: Good, saturated colour with a soft tint. The aroma has a spicy character and you can detect cloves and cinnamon, dried plum and vanilla. Dense body with soft freshness and a well-balanced soft finish.
Chardonnay
Winemaking: The harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. The maceration is performed at a low temperature. Separation of solid particles and clarification of the grape must follow. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless fermenters. Part of the wine ages in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Complex nose of fresh, ripe fruits such as mango and papaya. Well integrated oak, rich flavour and aroma and an elegant finish. Good balance and а continuous memory of a wonderful wine.
