Merlot

Taste characteristics: The wine has a beautiful, deep red color. Harmonious aromas of dried fruits. Rich, soft and full taste.

 

 

 

Cabernet Sauvignon:

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Taste characteristics: The color is ruby pronounced. Excellent well-balanced flavor with notes of black fruits. The palate is medium structure, soft tannins and an excellent finish.

 

 

 

Pinot Noir

Taste characteristics:Beautiful color with soft hues. Excellent well-balanced flavor with notes of small black fruits.The palate is medium structure , soft tannins, excellent balance and soft finish.

 

 

 

Gamza

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. This is followed by pre fermentation cold maceration. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Taste characteristics:Ruby color well saturated. Pleasant aroma dominated by cherry and red fruit tones. The palate is medium structure, soft, mellow. In the aftertaste remains varietal aroma and a pleasant freshness.

 

 

 

Mavrud

Taste characteristics:Deep ruby color. Preserved fruit aroma, dominated by red berries. The taste is soft, harmonious with a pleasant finish and a long aftertaste.

 

 

 

Kadarka

Taste characteristics:: Intense garnet color with vivid reflections. Powerful aroma dominated by blackberry and mulberry. The palate is well balanced with sufficient density, soft tannins and a long-term impact. Long finish dominated by red berries.

 

 

 

Muscat:

Winemaking: Harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters.

Taste characteristics: Golden yellow color. The aroma is intense, characteristic of the variety. The taste is balanced, sufficiently dense and pleasant.

 

 

 

Sauvignon Blanc:

Taste characteristics: The colour is golden yellow. Intense aroma with hints of pear, quince and field flowers. The taste is soft, sleek , fresh and well balanced. Fin elegant finish and spicy aftertaste.

 

 

Chardonnay:

To detect discrete tones of spices and herbs , combined with a pleasant aroma of variety. The taste is fresh , well- structured with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
